Join us for our 12-week Summer Series of Musical Moments Mommy & Me Music Classes at TheraCare! Classes are led by Leslie Jones, board certified music therapist, and are designed to help your child grow and learn through music. Not only will you play and have fun together in class, but you will learn how to use music on your own with your children, and why musical play is so important for childhood development. Parents will receive weekly resources for music to use at home with their children and will learn many songs and musical play ideas to incorporate into daily routines. This class is open to ages 0-5 encouraging a mix of ages, as this fosters a natural, family-like learning environment. This also allows for all siblings to attend, and siblings under 9 months of age can attend for free! Classes are adapted for children of all abilities so all can participate and benefit. Class meets for 12 consecutive Friday mornings at 9:30 beginning on May 5, 2017 and ending July 21, 2017. You can drop in and check it out or purchase a discounted 4-class pass to use whenever you want!  You do not have to register for all 12 weeks. Our next 12 week series will begin in September.
