I’m sure everyone has had moments in their lives where they have been angry. In fact I know you all have! Anger is one of those emotions that people tend to have trouble expressing so I invite you to consider using music to help you the next time you feel the anger approaching. I personally like to use Rage Against the Machine. They are on my “angry” playlist more than any other band and I’m telling you, for me they are just what the doctor ordered. Not all music works for everyone though so be sure that you are using music that works for you! Our Thursday Therapy Tune this week is a favorite of mine to use with clients when working on expressing anger! And don’t worry, it is much more tame than Rage Against the Machine 😉 So grab a drum, get ready and let it out!
